How to use: Activate the shades by mixing with a wet graphic liner brush. You can use water, a liquid mixing medium or setting spray. Open the lid, add a small amount of water to the lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the color pay off! Apply as desired once formula has a creamy consistency.
